Our Story

Vapiano make handmade pasta, freshly made pizza dough, & salads alongside the best buffalo mozzarella, meats & cheese antipasti plate.

Our restaurants  are spacious  with some seating looking over our open kitchen.  A 100-year-old olive trees as part of the decor  & fresh live herbs pots on every table . It offers  diners a unique concept - with guests enjoying face-to-face interactions with chefs as they cook their dish to order, exactly as the guest likes it. Extra chilli? Sure. No garlic? No problem. Extra Chicken or King Prawns, easy!

Guests are given a chip card on arrival, using it to order both drinks and food –your card registers everything ordered , you simply pay on the way out. One card each - meaning everyone pays for what they order, avoiding the hassle of splitting bills –great for large groups, dates and students!

The pasta is handmade on site daily, with 11 types of pasta including spelt. The chef will ask you which dish from the menu you’d like and  you then choose a  pasta shape. The dish is cooked in front of you in a couple of minutes  to your exact preferences. With several vegan and vegetarian options – there’s something for all tastes.

Pizza dough at Vapiano is also handmade on site daily and shaped to order – you’ll be given a buzzer when you order which lets you know when your pizza is ready to collect. Sprinkle over some chilli flakes or oregano for extra flavor.

Salads are protein packed, alongside an impressive antipasti range and homemade soup.

The bar has a large selection of wines, beers, cocktails and soft drinks with Happy Hour in selected locations.

Atmosphere is laid back and relaxed, you sit where you like and are welcome to stay as long as you like, we recommend enjoying a coffee and a homemade dolci after your meal.
