What is Vapiano Lovers?
It’s our brilliant new app, on which you get points for every £1 spent.
How do I get it?
Download from the App or Android store under VAPIANO LOVERS UK or scan the QR code on our menu or table talker.
You can also sign up via Wi-Q which is the platform we use for you to order food - there will be a prompt when you're paying online, to join Vapiano Lovers
How does it work?
So easy, every £1 you spend you get 10 points. You can use your points at 250 points for a special offer, or save them to go to the next offer, or the next, or the next (loads of great rewards)
What if I want to order via the team and not on the app?
As long as you're signed up to Vapiano Lovers, you can still collect points by letting the team know which phone number you used when signing up. The app will then recognise you and add the points on -easy!
When will my 30% sign up gift arrive?
This will arrive into 'My Gifts' section in the app, after you have placed your first order with us (through the app)
How long do I have to redeem them?
The points are valid for 12 months from start. If you have an offer to redeem, it’s ready to use for 12 months. if you don't use it, it will expire by the date given.
Can I swap my reward for something else in the menu?
No, Sorry. The rewards are set. If you don’t want garlic bread, for example, simply don’t redeem that offer, continue to collect points until you get to the next offer- the £10 off gift card.
Do I have to sign up to marketing?
No, you don’t have to be opted into all marketing to be a Vapiano Lover (but its great if you do so we can send you updates on special events or prizes)
How can I delete my Vapiano Lovers account?
Simply tap on your profile top right corner and delete account.
Is Vapiano Lovers available in all locations?
Yep, you can download and use the app in all UK locations.

How do I order at Vapiano?
We made some big changes in 2020 to follow government Covid guidelines, these changes are now standard for us and from feedback we can see most of you prefer this way.
You can still choose where you sit, then scanning the QR code on the table or menu, which will take you to our online ordering.
Choose your favourite dish with the same options to personalise the dish, exactly how you did before, pay online and our team will bring you your best meal of the day, straight to your table.

What are your opening hours?
You can find opening hours for each of our restaurants here.
Are your restaurants wheelchair accessible?
All our restaurants are accessible - many have lifts or easy access, and ground floor disabled toilets. If you have any specific requirements, please contact us at info@vapiano.co.uk so that we can make any necessary arrangements for you.
Are your restaurants dog friendly?
We do not allow dogs inside our restaurants unless they are required to help the blind or partially impaired. We do have outside space at some of our restaurants that would be suitable for dogs, but please note we do not offer water unless you bring your own dog bowl.
Do you have outside seating?
Our restaurants in Tottenham Court Road, Tower Bridge and Manchester all have outside seating for those sunny days.

Do you have a kids menu?
We offer a kids main dish and drink for just £7.95. You can see the full Kids Menu here.
Are you certified Halal?
Although our chicken and fillet beef are certified halal, we are not officially a certified Halal restaurant.
We have controls and procedures in place to prevent cross contamination from allergens and raw to cooked products, we cannot guarantee that halal ingredients have not been handled or stored with non halal ingredients.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer halal cheese at this moment in time.
Do you have vegan options?
We have lots! Although our menu changes from time to time, you will be able to spot what is Vegan as it’s marked with VE on our menu. Always ask a member of the team if you are not certain, as they will be able to assist you with any dietary requirement.
What is your allergy procedure?
In line with the current regulations, we consider all 14 recognised allergens within our operations. If you are unsure if your dietary requirements are covered by such legislation, please speak to a member of the team and we will be happy to advise.
To start: we identify allergens present in the ingredients provided by our suppliers and then incorporate this into our recipes. No ingredient can be used until it is approved by our technical team.
Next: when storing or handling ingredients we take care to prevent any unwanted contamination.
Your order: when you order with us, we will have one of our chefs wash their hands, clean their area, use fresh clean utensils, and prepare your meal with unopened stock from our back fridges that has not been exposed to the cooking line yet.
Please note that we do take all reasonable precautions to manage allergens, but we can never guarantee the complete absence and therefore we strongly advise you to speak to a member of the team before placing any order so that we have that conversation with you and understand your needs.
Do you have a gluten free menu?
We offer Gnocchi and Zoodles (courgetti noodles) as a pasta option, but unfortunately we do not offer GF pizza dough yet, sorry!
