A perfect sharing platter – our Antipasti plates come with high-quality cheeses, fresh strawberries, home baked Ciabatta bread and a great rucola salad.
Our homemade soup is tomato made in-house every single day. Add crunchy Ciabatta croutons or grated Italian hard cheese to your soup, or even grilled fillet beef for a tasty meal in a bowl.
Our homemade pasta. We make our pasta fresh daily & it consists of two carefully selected ingredients – water and durum wheat semolina. We make 9 different types of pasta in house every day including 2 spelt pasta (our pasta is egg free so suitable for vegans).
Our pizza dough is newly made every day from fresh yeast, fine flour, pure water, a bit of vegetable oil and some sugar and salt, before we top it with quality ingredients.
Salads – colorful, fresh and crispy with a choice or grilled king prawns, chicken breast or fillet beef.

The Italian classic - in three irresistible, deliciously creamy variations. Our Risotto is gluten-free.
Enjoying without something “sweet” to finish? Inconceivable for us. For that reason, we prepare our dolci here at the Vapiano every day with many good ingredients. Homemade and handmade.
