Our pizza is first baked in the stone oven with tomato sauce and mozzarella before it is topped with spicy rocket salad and Grana Padano D.O.P.

Air dried ham, fresh figs, tomato sauce and mozzarella, refined with fine acacia honey.
Of course we make our pizza dough every day, using yeast, flour, water and a little bit of vegetable oil and salt.
