In March & April we are serving our very own specials, created by our chefs in the UK. Pasta chefs, General Managers and Operations team has been involved in creating new dishes.
Amazing results with old family recipes or inspirations of the Pina Colada drink can be ordered in pizza, pasta, salad and bar.
Fabrizio Giannichedda, our Assistant Manager in Soho reinvented an old family secret - the Italian Minestrone Soup. Alessandro Pecorella, one of our best pasta chefs, has created the Risotto Campagnolo with diced bacon, potatoes, onions & carrots with a dash of white wine and cream - delicious! Our General Manager, Chema Alvarez combined chilli spiced beef with green peppers, red onions, mozzarella and our homemade tomato sauce to a delicious pizza - Manzo Piccante. Fillet beef, mushrooms, courgette, carrots, onions cooked in a dash of red wine & cream - Pasta Montanara, created by Laura Benitez, our Training Advisor. Another delicious pasta dish, Pasta Puttanesca - created by Jacopo Gandin, Training Advisor. Jacopo has already found the best combination of fresh, fruity and creamy... our dolci "Pina Colada." Homemade daily - whipped cream with coconut milk, a dash of Koko Kanu and fresh pineapple, which is topped with coconut sprinkles. You can have a shot of Koko Kanu with it!
